11/11 November Update

Dear Resident,

Over the last few weeks, light gauge steel framing – which forms the structural framework for walls, floors and roofs – has significantly progressed on Courtney House and Pembroke Hall.

The pipework installation for the new water tank is progressing well, and we expect existing flats to be connected to the new system within the next couple of weeks. We understand that many residents have been experiencing issues with hot water, but this plumbing work will connect the water tank to all apartments via a new pump system and we hope that this will resolve the issues.

Lastly, in the communal areas, electrical installations are currently underway and fire boarding is being completed in accordance with the updated fire strategy. As you are aware, as part of this strategy, the lifts across all three blocks are being decommissioned and replaced. As a result, we will be sending out a notice detailing exact dates imminently.
