11/08 August Update

Dear Resident,

Over the last few weeks Regiis have been continuing the communal mechanical and electrical works, and preparing the roof space for the installation of the new steels. The Courtney House hot rolled steel is currently being installed (11th of August), with Pembroke scheduled to commence at the end of the month (26th of August 2025), and Thurlby at the end of September.

The new cold water tank has been delivered to site, and is due to be connected between the 18th of August and the 29th of August. There will be a period when the water supply is suspended in order to enable the new connection, but this will be communicated to you by Regiis / Arrow.

The lift is provisionally scheduled to be decommissioned in November 2025, and re-commissioned with the new lift February/March 2026. Once the new lift delivery date has been confirmed, the down-time period will be finalised and the dates confirmed.
