Dear Resident,

Please see link to Regiis latest Newsletter, which is being posted to the notice board of Courtney, Thurlby and Pembroke.

Regiis intend on preparing a communal works programme in 2-3 months, once there is clarity on the lift timing, as this is a trigger for commencement of the internal refurbishment works. As it stands today, the lift will only be decommissioned after November 2025.
